Real Rewards Ltd is based in East Grinstead, West Sussex, South East England on the northern edge of the beautiful Ashdown forest.

We focus on providing a range of products and services for independent retailers and their customers in the UK.

First class product quality and high levels of customer service are things we are regularly praised for.

We genuinely care about our customers and constantly try to meet and exceed their expectations.

Who we are

Any business is at it's basic level a single person or group of people working together. It's the personality, the professionalism, and the integrity of those individuals that will be reflected in every aspect of the businesses interactions with customers, suppliers and the wider business community. As individuals and collectively as a company some of our key principles are highlighted below. We believe the key to long term business success is the creation of mutually beneficial relationships amongst customers and suppliers alike. High quality products and individual customer service are key priorities, and as a result many new customers are referrals.

Customer Care As an independent business ourselves we understand our customers. We genuinely want our customers to succeed and want our products and services to contribute to their success. As a business we know it's far easier to maintain an existing relationship than to create a new one and hence high levels of customer service is one of our top priorities.

Reliability We have discovered that doing business with like minded people has been one of the keys to our success, and we like people who actually do what they say they are going to do. Whether supplying goods on the agreed delivery date or anything else. Similarly we expect our customers to feel the same way and hence we strive to do exactly what we say we are going to do, by when we have agreed to it.

Building long term relationships. We are building a long term business and we believe that the best way to do that is build long term business relationships with customers, suppliers and consumers alike. Long term relationships are built by consistently demonstrating the values held by the people at the heart of our business, care, dependability and trust.

Trust The key to all successful relationships, business or otherwise is trust. We strive to create trust amongst our customers and suppliers alike. Trust is not a given, it needs to be earned and once earned not squandered.
