Real Rewards is based in the South East of England (UK) and provides a range of products and services to the UK SME (Small Medium Enterprise) market.

At our core we combine expertise in technology, sales, marketing and customer service.  Our business is developed by looking at the tools that large businesses use and repackaging them so they become affordable and accessible to smaller ones. 

We have over 400 customers in the UK, many of which are referrals from existing customers, something we are very proud of.

Even potential customers want to hear that looking after existing customers is our primary focus. From our perspective you will only be perspective customer for a short period of time but we hope you will remain an existing customer for many years to come. To that end we focus 80% of our energy and efforts towards existing customers who appreciate the extra attention and service we are able to give them.


Our long term approach regularly results is creating working relationships with customer spanning many years. Over such such time scales we have developed a reputation for reliability. Customers appreciate our consistency in service delivery, order fulfilment and the customer support that we provide year on year.
