Customer Loyalty can be encouraged and developed by the repeated application of a very simple principle, that of rewarding customers who exhibit desired behaviour.

What constitutes desired behaviour is at the discretion of the retailer but could include a visit, a spend, a spend of a certain value, the purchase of a particular product or a purchase from a selected product range. The list is limitless.

When the customer exhibits the desired behaviour they are rewarded in some way. What constitutes the reward, again is at the total discretion of the retailer reflecting individual needs.

Standard Stamp and Save

A simple and cost effective customer loyalty scheme suiting a wide range of retail situations. Customers are handed cards which have a number of boxes on the reverse, each time the customer exhibits desired behaviour a box is stamped, when all boxes are stamped the customer is rewarded and given a new card and so the process repeats. Stamp and Save Plus

A progression from the standard stamp and save scheme - stamp and save plus records the desired behaviour of individual customers. The stamp and save cards are numbered and mapped to individual customers whose contact details are recorded. This scheme introduces the creation of a customer database which can be used to support a wide range of related marketing activities. Electronic Loyalty Schemes

Electronic schemes normally require the use of plastic swipe cards and track customer activity down to transaction level. Customers are issued with plastic cards which are swiped through card reading equipment just like credit and debit cards. The transaction can be a record of spend or any other desired behaviour. Customer contact information and detailed transaction history are recorded in a powerful customer database.
